Howdy!  Day 2 and feeling awesome!

My workout today was really strong.  Here is what I did:

Shoulders and Triceps:

DB Press:

20×10; 25×8,8

DB kickback:

12lb DBx 12 (3 sets)

Upright row with the cable:

40×10, 50×10,10

Cable bar press:

40×12,12,12

Side lateral:

8lb DB, 12,12,12

Dips:

no assist -x 6

Assist – 10,10

Cardio:

5 min warmup – walked at incline 6.0, speed at 3.4 for 5 minutes on TM

HIIT – 1 minute at 3.8, 1 minute at 7.5 – 8.5 (did this for 20 minutes)

Diet:

Eats have been fantastic today.  I did feel a little hungry earlier, but was able to muddle through.  Here is what I have eaten and plan to eat the rest of the day.

Meal 1: 1/2 cup cooked quinoa with 1 scoop protein powder mixed in

Meal 2: 1/2 cup cooked quinoa with 1/2 scoop protein powder mixed in

Meal 3: 1/2 block silken tofu blended with 1/2 scoop protein powder and 1/2 scoop hemp powder

Meal 4: 2 TBSP peanut butter and jelly sweetened with truvia (finally found it at my local grocery store!) on 2 slices oatmeal bread

Meal 5:1/2 cup cooked lentils with mushrooms and salad veggies and 2 Boca vegan burgers

Meal 6: 1 scoop protein blended with ice and 1 cup almond milk. 

Total Macros for the day:

1,381 Cals 128 Carbs 38 Fat 143 Protein

Tomorrow will be a rest day.
